TO ENTER: The Kelly's Cakery for a Cause Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on February 9, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"). During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 1) visit www.kelly-confidential.com ("Website"), log in and follow instructions to send a virtual cake to a friend to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You may only send virtual cakes to people with whom you have an existing relationship. Alternately, you can receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes when you cast a vote in Kelly's Cake Off. If you're not already registered with the Website, you must register first before you can enter through either method. Registration is free. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated daily limit will be void. Bonus Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to receive a bonus entry: 1) once you have entered online at the Website, you can tell a friend about the Sweepstakes by following the directions to Tweet about the Sweepstakes to receive one (1) bonus entry. Or, 2) to receive a bonus entry without registering and/or Tweeting about the Sweepstakes, click here and provide your complete name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), email address and date of birth. Limit of one (1) bonus entry per person and per email address per day, regardless of method of bonus entry. Bonus entries received from any person or email address for any friend/email address in excess of the daily limit will be void.

DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about April 15, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release (collectively, "Eligibility and Release Forms") within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such Eligibility and Release Forms are not returned within the specified time period, the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within seven (7) business days of date of initial notification or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will conduct another random drawing from all remaining eligible entries to select alternate potential winner.

PRIZE (1): One (1) Electrolux Induction Range. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize: $3,499). Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize within ninety (90) days of Sponsor's receipt and verification of the completed Eligibility and Release Forms. Sponsor is not responsible for providing cabinetry or the installation of the appliance. Manufacturer's standard written limited warranty will apply. Sponsor shall be responsible for shipping and delivery to winner's primary residence within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly provided for herein, are solely the responsibility of the winner, including any costs of installation. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor, except Sponsor's standard written warranty included in the prize packaging. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Any entrant's failure or refusal to comply with these Official Rules will result in his or her entries being void, and entrant being subject to disqualification from Sweepstakes. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, illegible or garbled registrations, log-ins or entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of registrations, log-ins or entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Website or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. Winner agrees that that all contact with the media, if any, regarding the Sweepstakes and the prize awarded shall be coordinated by Sponsor, and winner shall not discuss the Sweepstakes or the prize with any media organization without the Sponsor's consent. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sweepstakes and Official Rules are governed and interpreted by the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
