KELLY'S PERFECT PARTY SWEEPSTAKES - OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of Electrolux Home Products, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Weber Shandwick and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year), whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER:

The Kelly's Perfect Party Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 26, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period"). During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.kelly-confidential.com ("Website"), log in, and select a recipe or tip for your party plan to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you're not already registered with the Website, you must register first. Registration is free. You can also enter without registering by click here and providing your complete name, complete address, telephone number (including area code), email address and date of birth. Entries must be received by Sponsor within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit (1) entry per person and per email address per week, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated weekly limit will be void. For the purposes of these Official Rules, a "week" will be defined as the seven day period from 12:00 a.m. ET on Sunday to 11:59 p.m. ET on the following Saturday, or any shorter period at the start and end of the Sweepstakes. Registrations and entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or which attempt to subvert the entry process, as determined by Sponsor, will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

DRAWING:

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about December 7, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or U.S. mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release (collectively, "Eligibility and Release Forms") within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such Eligibility and Release Forms are not returned within the specified time period, the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within seven (7) business days of date of initial notification or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will conduct another random drawing from all remaining eligible entries to select alternate potential winner.

PRIZE (1):

One Grand Prize consisting of (1) Electrolux double wall oven. Winner's specifications for the double wall oven are to be presented to Sponsor within a month of notification of winning, and are subject to approval by Sponsor. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize: $3,299). Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize within ninety (90) days of Sponsor's receipt of the completed Eligibility and Release Forms. Sponsor is not responsible for providing cabinetry or the installation of the appliances. Manufacturer's standard written limited warranty will apply. Sponsor shall be responsible for shipping and delivery to winner's primary residence within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly provided for herein, are the sole responsibility of the winners, including any costs of installation. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor, except Sponsor's standard written warranty included in the prize packaging. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Any entrant's failure or refusal to comply with these Official Rules will result in his or her entries being void, and entrant being subject to disqualification from Sweepstakes. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, illegible or garbled registrations, log-ins or entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of registrations, log-ins or entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Website or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that neither the Sponsor, Weber Shandwick nor their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") will have any liability whatsoever for, and each of the Released Parties shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, use or inability to use of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the appliance) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. Winner agrees that that all contact with the media, if any, regarding the Sweepstakes and the prize awarded shall be coordinated by Sponsor, and winner shall not discuss the Sweepstakes or the prize with any media organization without the Sponsor's consent. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

Sponsor will collect and use personal information submitted by entrants for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and providing you information about Electrolux brand products. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to the management of their personal information, as explained in Sponsor's privacy policy.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sweepstakes and Official Rules are governed and interpreted by the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
