TO ENTER: Electrolux Ultimate Laundry Room Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 7, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 26, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 1) Create and submit your Ultimate Laundry Room Board on Pinterest to enter the Sweepstakes, in accordance with the following instructions. Limit one (1) invite request per person per email address. Once you’ve created your Board, return to the Ultimate Laundry Room tab on the Website during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions to enter the URL for your Board and your contact information to enter for a chance to win. Your Board should be created in accordance with Pinterest Terms of Use available at http://pinterest.com/about/terms/ and Pin Etiquette available at http://pinterest.com/about/etiquette/. There is no fee or purchase required for Pinterest membership. Or, 2) to enter without making a Board on Pinterest, click here and provide your complete name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), email address and date of birth. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/per email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. . Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limit will be void. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will arrange for the selection of a potential winner (“Potential Winner”) from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will attempt to contact the Potential Winner via email. If the Potential Winner cannot be reached within 7 days, Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected at random from among all of the remaining eligible entries. In order for Potential Winner to be deemed an Official Winner, he or she will be required to provide proof of eligibility and return all signed affidavits and releases within 7 days of the date indicated on Sponsor’s letter sending such documents. Prize will not be awarded until such requirements are met.
GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Winner will receive an Electrolux Perfect Steam™ Washer and Dryer. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,136). Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize within ninety (90) days of Sponsor’s receipt and verification of the completed Eligibility and Release Forms and any other legal documents that Sponsor may deem necessary, including a W9. Sponsor is not responsible for removing old appliances, providing cabinetry or the installation of the appliances. Manufacturer’s standard written limited warranty will apply. Sponsor shall be responsible for shipping and delivery to winner’s primary residence within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly provided for herein, are solely the responsibility of the winner, including without limitation, any costs of installation.
